Mission
Rosa Pathways partners with schools and institutions to design research-informed, equity-centered strategies that cultivate educational opportunities. Grounded in lived experience and data, we support educational systems in strengthening pathways that foster persistence, belonging, and long-term success for marginalized students and communities, specifically those who are Latino, first-generation, economically disadvantaged, and from farmworking families.

Inspiration
Rosa's Story
Rosa Pathways is rooted in the legacy of Rosa, a mother, a farmworker, and a teacher in the most enduring sense. Through long days of labor and sacrifice, Rosa instilled in her children the values of perseverance, responsibility, collaboration, and pride in their work. These lessons, cultivated in the fields and reinforced at home, became the foundation for educational persistence, leadership, and achievement.

Rosa Pathways was created to honor that legacy and to reframe lived experience as strength. Grounded in research and community knowledge, our work recognizes that students — particularly those from farmworking and historically underserved backgrounds — arrive with assets shaped by family, culture, and resilience. The same skills Rosa nurtured in her children are the skills that sustain students as they navigate educational systems.
